Crystal Lake Ranch does not provide, sell, or serve alcoholic beverages. Bar service is arranged directly between our couples and a licensed third-party vendor of their choosing. Any vendor pouring or serving alcohol on the property — whether a full-service caterer, private bartending company, or mobile bar — must hold an active license issued by the Oklahoma ABLE Commission and carry liquor liability insurance. A current copy of both documents is required no later than thirty days before the event date. Self-service and guest-poured arrangements are not permitted. Bar service concludes thirty minutes before the scheduled end of the reception. A list of approved bar partners familiar with the property is available through the planning portal.

Amplified music is welcome both indoors and outdoors. Out of respect for the property and surrounding land, outdoor amplified music concludes at 11:59 PM, with indoor music continuing until the scheduled end of the event.

Because Crystal Lake Ranch is home to four distinct venues, more than one celebration may take place on the property during the same weekend. To honor every couple's ceremony, we may ask that amplified music be lowered briefly during a neighboring ceremony's vows. These windows are short, coordinated in advance between our event managers, and built into the day's timeline so they never interrupt the flow of your celebration.

Preferred Vendor List 

Couples are encouraged to personalize their celebration. We ask that no nails, screws, or adhesives be applied to walls, floors, ceilings, or trees. Open-flame candles are not permitted anywhere on property under any circumstance — flameless LED candles are warmly welcomed in their place. Confetti, glitter, rice, and indoor sparklers are not permitted; sparkler send-offs and biodegradable petals are welcome outdoors with prior approval.

Crystal Lake Ranch is a smoke-free property indoors. Designated outdoor smoking areas are provided and will be reviewed during your final walkthrough.

We love that pets are part of the family. Well-behaved dogs are welcome to participate in the ceremony with prior arrangement and must be accompanied by a designated handler for the duration of their time on property. A pet fee applies and will be included in your proposal.

With seventy private acres to explore, Crystal Lake Ranch maintains a fleet of UTVs used by our staff for property transport, event setup, and guest shuttling throughout your weekend. Guests are welcome to inquire about UTV rentals during their stay, available on a first-come basis and subject to a signed rental agreement, valid driver's license, and rental fee. Personal UTVs and ATVs brought from off-property are not permitted, as our insurance coverage extends only to vehicles maintained and operated under Crystal Lake Ranch's standards. Full rental terms, pricing, and safety guidelines are provided at the time of booking.

Children are welcome and remain the responsibility of their parents or designated guardians throughout the event. Our staff is unable to provide childcare or supervision.

A non-refundable date-hold deposit of $500 secures your wedding date. Remaining payments follow the schedule outlined in your signed contract. Date changes are reviewed individually and accommodated when our calendar allows.

Couples are required to carry event liability insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 in coverage, naming Crystal Lake Ranch as additionally insured. A certificate of insurance is due thirty days before the event.
