The great room soars to 30 feet — stone, timber, and scale — with a formal dining area and a fully equipped chef’s kitchen that handles everything from a rehearsal dinner for 20 to a wedding weekend for the full house.

The outdoor spaces carry the same weight. A 2,500 sq ft deck wraps the property with string-lit views over the water and the Diamond Pavilion below. The covered patio fireplace, outdoor bar, grilling station, and stone firepit give guests somewhere to land at every hour of the weekend — cocktail hour, late-night wind-down, Sunday morning coffee. The 12-person hot tub sits privately on the deck, reserved for your party alone.

Up to 100 guests are accommodated for the ceremony and reception. Complete setup is included — chairs, tables, and linens for both, outdoor furniture in place, and access to our trusted vendor list. The hilltop ceremony space above the water is exclusively yours for the weekend. No other couple, no shared schedule, no compromise.
