Celebrate your special day at the Mansion with an unforgettable experience for up to 175 guests, set against the stunning backdrop of our waterfront deck or party patio. Whether you envision an intimate gathering or a grand celebration, our venue provides the perfect setting.

Your wedding day includes complete setup, with chairs and tables arranged for both the ceremony and reception. You can choose between elegant 60” round tables or 8 ft rectangle tables, paired with your choice of white, ivory, or black linens. Outdoor furniture and patio lighting create a warm, inviting atmosphere for you and your guests.

To make your planning seamless, you’ll also have access to our curated list of recommended vendors—though you are welcome to choose your own. Setup is reserved for the wedding day itself, with additional setup days available upon request to ensure every detail is perfect.

  • Gates close at 11pm. Contact host for additional instructions for after hour access.
  • Only our rental UTV’s are allowed to ride on the property.
