The Villa sits at the water’s edge on its own quiet stretch of the ranch — six bedrooms, 4,000 square feet, and the kind of stillness that makes a wedding weekend feel like it belongs to you alone.
Inside, the scale is generous without being overwhelming. Floor-to-ceiling windows pull the lake views in from every angle, and the natural light that moves through the space through the day does more for the atmosphere than any decorator could. The living and dining areas open naturally into each other — designed for the kind of weekend where the whole group gathers without anyone feeling crowded. The kitchen is fully equipped and built for real use, whether that’s a catered rehearsal dinner or a Sunday morning spread before checkout.
Six bedrooms sleep up to 22 guests. Three are en suite. A fourth features a queen bunk configuration — ideal for a bridal party or younger guests who want their own space. The remaining two share a well-appointed bathroom, rounding out an accommodation layout that balances privacy with the easy closeness of a family weekend.
Outside, the patios and decks extend the living space toward the water. The views here are unobstructed — open lake, tree line, sky — and the setting shifts beautifully from golden hour through the evening. It is a property that photographs extraordinarily well and lives even better.
Up to 60 guests for the ceremony and reception. Complete setup included — chairs, tables, and linens for both, outdoor furniture in place, and access to our recommended vendor list. The Lovers Gate ceremony space at the water’s edge is reserved exclusively for Villa weddings.
